This auction is for a Realistic SX-190 shortwave communications receiver that is in very nice cosmetic and operating condition as it has been thoroughly tested by a ham technician.

The frequencies are  3.5 - 4.0 MHz,  5.7 - 6.2 MHz,  7.0 - 7.5 Mhz, 9.5 - 10.0 MHz, 11.5 - 12.0 MHz, 14.0 - 14.5,   17.5 - 18.0 MHz, and 27.0 - 27.5 MHz. 

This would allow you to receive the 49, 41, 31, 20 and 15 meter shortwave broadcast bands, the 80, 40 and 20 meter amateur radio bands and the CB frequencies.

The USB and LSB single sideband functions work very well for ham SSB transmissions. The two crystal calibrators also work very well. The calibration on the Preselector is off especially on higher frequencies but works very well when turned to the peak position for a given frequency.

This auction also includes a document package which includes a copy of the operating and service manuals.
