This is a high quality variable speed compact digital DC power supply designed for tattoo use where stable voltage up to 15 volts is desired.
 

The voltage (speed) is variable from 0 to 15 volts according to the rear panel specs but our test unit went all the way up to 16.5 volts and down to 1.5 volts through many turns of the fine tuning voltage (speed) dial so we are selling it as an adjustable voltage of between 1.5 and 16.5 volts.
 

The VOLTAGE control is for the speed adjustment. You can set it for any available voltage that is best for the type of speed that is required for the given occasion. The typical setting is 12 - 15 volts.
 

This power supply has a digital LED display meter that displays the actual voltage that is selected with the continuously adjustable voltage control.
